In the early 1980’s, Bob returned to his family’s homeland to apprentice with one of Belgium’s most renowned Master Chocolatiers in Antwerp, Belgium – a true apprenticeship where knowledge was traded for labor. Today, he brings you authentic Belgian chocolates, lovingly made in his family-owned shop in Evanston, Illinois
Making exquisite chocolates is a passion for the Piron brothers. Stop by any day and you will find the Bob creating in his kitchen. You will notice that his products and their presentation are as beautiful as they are delicious – this is by design. Bob believes that food should look as good as it tastes, and his chocolates are the perfect example. Each piece is handmade, and carefully packaged in Belgian Chocolatier Piron’s signature gold ballotin boxes, finished with hand-tied ribbons.
