All our Bonnat Bars are 75% Cacao and considered Single Source. “Single Source” means that the beans for each bar come from one plantation in one location. In some cases, there are more than one bar from a country, but the plantations are distinctly different as are the bars. This allows for the bars to impart the environment in which the beans grew – the sun, the soil, the nuances that are that area are realized in the chocolate bars.
