Chocolate melts! Insulated Containers are necessary during the summer. Please purchase an insulated container with your order, as well as be sure that the shipping method chosen is no more than 2 days, as the ice packs will only last 2 days.
Please be assured that your items will ship out so as to arrive as close to your requested date as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee specific delivery dates. We typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), but reserve the right to determine the most efficient carrier for your order.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of order. The Delivery Time shown under Delivery Method is the courier’s estimate for their delivery service once we have shipped your order. If you need your gift sooner, please call us at 847-864-5504.
Credit Card Authorization and verification must be received prior to processing your order. If you are shipping to a warm climate, please contact us at 847-864-5504 or click here to email for charges related to insulated boxes and shipping service. We cannot guarantee shipments to or through areas where the daily average temperature is 65° F or above without the use of insulated containers, and delivery within 2 business days.
Refunds will only be provided on goods received damaged. Please contact us for authorization. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
